It was our first summer of swimming. Our son was 5 and our daughter, 3. I remember sitting on the pool deck, surrounded by hordes of parents and swimmers. It was hot, humid and sticky. Winter weather can't hold this Swim Mom down!

This has been a year of snowstorms - but only on weekends with swim meets. I'm a swim mom with 3 kids. We've been in the sport quite a few years now - we're usually prepared for anything.
