Jim Lutz has been involved with swimming over 40 years. As a coach for 26+ years and a swimmer for 13 years. He has coached every level from novice to Olympians and at the N.C.A.A. Division I level for 15 years. Jim is a Level 5 N.C.A.A and USA Swimming certified coach with the American Swimming Coaches Association. He is currently a Sales Development Manager for the New York Life Insurance Company in Carmel, Indiana and is also the Group 4 coach for Viper Aquatics in Westfield, Indiana
